Financial Statements and Discounted Cash Flow Model
This model can serve as the template for future financial statements and DCFs done with a variety of corporations. I consider that building the original template is the hardest part of a project. Once that is done, it is only a matter of adjusting the template to whichever company we may want to analyze and forecast how their future performance will be. This is an additional tool to compare corporations and understand their financial position and see where they stand in comparison to their competitors.

Stock Optimizer
This model can be used to analyze a company's risk and volatility. This is a useful model to see where a company stands in comparison to its competitors or regarding a set benchmark. Additionally, any number of companies can be added to the model in order to have a better scope within a market sector or among multiple companies that the user may wish to analyze and compare. Great tool to select a portfolio based on its efficiency.

Note: download the models in Excel format to keep the correct formulas and commands.
